Booth Setup Information
The Poster Sessions will be located in the Exhibit Hall at the Arthur R.Outlaw Mobile Convention Center. You can begin to set up 15 minutes before the start time of the poster session. Presenters are expected to remain with their posters to engage in discussion with the audience until the end of the session.
AETC will provide a draped 2' x 6' table, chair, and 4' x 8' landscape-format bulletin board. Access to electrical is available upon request; please let us know by April 15, 2021.
Many presenters have their posters printed at a print shop, copy center, or campus printing service. Materials can also be mounted on tables using a tri-fold poster board available at most any store where school or office supplies are sold.
You are welcome to bring your business cards and handouts that summarize your presentation. Bring any other equipment you may need, including tacks, tape, and other essentials. Please note that AETC cannot provide these nor can it provide a computer, monitor, or projector.
We will begin scheduling these sessions in mid March. If you have not received notification of acceptance by April 1, 2021, please contact Donna Fuller, firstname.lastname@example.org.
